Loosen saw from the cross cutting guide rail.
Push saw forward slightly in sawing direction.
Turn quick fastener [9-1] to the front.
Remove saw towards the rear against the saw-
ing direction.

Procedure for compound mitre saws
Open knob at adjustable stop [10-1].
Adjust angle at the scale [10-3].
Close knob at adjustable stop [10-1].
Adjust depth and angle of the saw, see chap.

the track rail using the two adjustable jaws [10-

The saw must glide easily across the rail.
Place the adjustable stop [10-1] and the fixed
stop against the work piece and position the
track rail.
Switch saw on.
Push saw in direction of cutting.
Pendulum guard opens. Saw section.

Do not hold the workpiece in hand or place it on

After cutting, switch off saw.
Pull back saw into initial position.
