UNSATISFACTORY CLEANING RESULT
First check:
• That the flush pipes are not blocked (see below)
• That the water level is correct (see chapter "DAILY MAINTENANCE")
• That there is no foam in the water (see chapter "DAILY MAINTENANCE")
• That the amount of granula is correct (see chapter "CHANGE OF WATER")
• If the hoses connecting the pump with the flush pipes have not worked loose from the pump or from the flush pipe.
• That the HEDSON TECHNOLOGIES AB original granula is being used
• That no other detergent than the BIO-291 is being used
If all the above items are correct, you should check the wear of the pump. This could be the case as the machine approaches 20,000
wash cycles. Please note that the complete pump, not just the pump wheel, most be changed in order to get the right current and
flow in the pump.
FLUSH PIPES ARE BLOCKED
A flush pipe may be blocked for the following reasons:
• A valve cap or some other foreign object has got trapped in the nozzle of the flush pipe (see picture 12, upper arrow)
• The machine has been operating with too low a water level
• There is too much granula in the machine
• Non approved granula have been used
• There is foam in the water
To check if a flush pipe is blocked, put a finger or a piece of soft hose into the nozzle.
Another way to check if a flush pipe is blocked, is to remove the servicelid (see picture 11) and start a wash cycle. Normally
granula is flowing gently into the inlet of the pump. But if a flush pipe is blocked, water will instead "bubble" up from the inlet of
the pump
In case a pipe is blocked, dismantle the shovel (see picture 12, upper arrow) (undo 2 M6 nuts), remove the rubber nozzle (see
picture 12, lower arrow) and clear the blocked pipe by means of compressed air for example. (we recommend using the plastic
hose delivered with the machine) Then start a short wash cycle to really clean out the pipes and finally fit the rubber nozzle and
shovel back into place.
If a valve cap or some other object blocks the pipes repeatedly, this must be removed from the granula.
We repeat that we strongly recommend that the valve cap is removed from the wheel or firmly tightend before washing as it
can cause operational disturbances if it falls off during the wash cycle (see the chapter "INSTUCTIONS OF USE").
ERROR MESSAGES:
The LCD-display (nr 1 picture 3) can by an operational disturbance show different kinds of error messages. If this happens, the
following routine is to be carried out:
1.
Turn off the main switch.
2.
Correct the fault.
3.
Turn on the main switch.
4.
Press the "RESET"-button when this is shown on the display.
If the fault remains, please contact an authorized technician.
