2. When pressing this button, the display will show the total number of wash cycles of the machine since it was new.
Note: If the controlcard is replaced, the counter starts again from zero.
3. A yellow light is flashing when the machine has washed 300 wheels and it is time to change the water in the machine. When
changing the water, press the button during 3 seconds to reset the display to zero.
Note: The setting of 300 washes is adjustable, please contact an authorized technician.
4. This button is used for collecting the granula (see chapter "CHANGE OF WATER"). The dynamic flush pipe will then take a
given position and the pump will run during 10 minutes.)
Note: The setting of 10 minutes is adjustable, please contact an authorized technician.
5. These are start buttons for the wash cycle. In all start buttons a green light will be lit when the machine is ready for
operation, and "READY" is shown on the display. The preset washing times are 30, 60, 90 and 120 sec. When you have started a
wash cycle, the button you have pressed will remain lit and the others will go out.
Note: A new washing time can be chosen during automatic washing. The new time is valid from the next wheel to be
washed in the machine.
If you want the machine to start washing the second wheel on the trolley, the start button is pressed twice. The same routine is used
if the machine shall start washing the third or fourth wheel. Then the start button is pressed three or four times.
During the wash cycle, the dynamic flush pipe moves along the right side of the wheel, and the movement lasts as long as the
chosen washing time. When the dynamic flush pipe has reached its highest position, it goes down again. When going down,
compressed air is blown on to the wheel in order to remove granula and water from the wheel. This takes 15 sec, no matter of the
chosen washing time.
Note: The time 15 sec. is adjustable, please contact an authorized technician.
6. Bar graph which with rising green bars will indicate how far the selected wash cycle has come.
7. Stop button (or rather "Regret button"). Can be used, when, for any reason, an ongoing wash cycle should be interrupted. The
machine returns to the position "READY". When the button is pressed, it is lit during the time it takes for the wash cycle to be
interrupted and for the machine to return to the position "READY".
8. Button that starts a cycle with air blowing only. This cycle takes 20 sec. The button does not work when washing automatically.
Note: The time 20 sec. is adjustable. Please contact an authorized technician.
9. With this button activated, the machine washes wheels up to maximum size.
10. With this button activated, the movement of the dynamic flush pipe is limited, meaning that smaller wheels (up to c.a. 600mm
outside diameter) will be washed with extra intensity.
Note: The buttons 9 and 10 can be used during automatic washing. Then a new setting is valid from the next wheel to be
washed.
