PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE

This machine is designed for cleaning of car wheels i.e. the tyre and rim assembly. Any other area of use is prohibited.
UNPACKNING
First of all, check if the machine has been damaged during the transport. If so, report this immediately to the transport company.
Remove the packaging and check again that the machine has not been damaged during the transport. If so, report this immediately
to the transport company.
Please note that the machine may only be lifted with a fork-lift from the right side, that is, the side where the service lid is placed.
The fork-lift MUST have at least 1meter long forks, and the forks must be introduced under the machine to their full length.
PLACING
The machine requires an open floor area of 2 x 3,5 meters in order to operate with two trolleys. If more trolleys are connected, 2
extra meters per trolley are required (see picture 1). The floor space must be even and horizontal in all directions (see picture 2).
Please note that these conditions must be fulfilled, otherwise the warranty of the machine is not valid.
Electrical current according to the manufacturing label of the machine, and a compressed air of 8-16 bar must be accessible where
the machine is placed.
The compressed air connected to the machine must be clean and dry. If the compressed air is not first led through a moisture trap
and a filter, the air components can be damaged, and warranty claims may not be valid.
INSTALLATION
Comments to machines built for 380-400 volt: 16 A slow fuses are normally working. A condition is that no other electrical
equipment is connectsd to these fuses. 20 A slow fuses are however recommended. These ensure a good margain when running the
machine. Also in this case, a condition is that no other electrical equipment is connectsd to these fuses. If automatic (fast) fuses are
to be used, the proper strength of the fuses must be tried out, as different fuse manufacturers offers different "slowness".
The machine must be connected by a professional electrician.
Carefully check that the motors rotate in the direction indicated by the arrows on the motors. To check this, the door of the
motor room must be removed during the test running.
Connect compresed air of 8-16 bar. The air regulator of the machine is pre-set at 7 bar. This is optimal for the machine and may
not be changed.
Please note: In order to avoid preassure drop, make sure that compressor, hoses and couplings are sufficiently dimensioned. If the
compressed air falls below 5,5 bar during operation, the machine will stop and an error message will be shown on the display.
When the machine is installed, the operating area around the machine must be clearly marked. Please contact the local authorities if
necessary.
