AUTOMATIC WASHING
1. Turn on the red/yellow main switch. After the automatic computer self test, "READY" will be shown on the display.
2. Place the wheels in the trolley (see picture 6). Check that the wheels stand straight and lean on the supports on the left side, the
outside of the rim to the right. This side is washed most efficiently as the dynamic flush pipe (see picture 5) slowly moves across
the rim during the wash cycle.
Please note that decoration covers for example plastic cocers in the center of the rim must be removed before washing the
wheel.
We strongly recommend that also the valve cap is removed from the wheel or firmly tightend before washing as a lost valve cap
may cause operational disturbances if it falls off during the wash cycle (see the chapter "TROUBLE SHOOTING").
Wheels with protruding parts on the rim, beyond the contour of the tyre, MUST be placed with the outside of the rim to the right.
Wheels where the protruding parts sticks out more than 13 mm beyond the contour of the tyre may not be washed in the
machine. The protruding parts can then be damaged.
Wheels with protruding parts on both in- and outside may only be washed manually.
A wheel with a puncture that has been standing for so long, that it has turned flat at one point and is not round anymore can not be
washed in the machine since it will not rotate properly.
3. Move the trolley to the machine. Place the trolley so that the right side support is placed in front of the marking on the machines
front plate (see picture 7). When the trolley stands in this position and is pressed towards the machine, the display shows
"TROLLEY OK", and the machine will automatically lower the guiding rail that locks the trolley to the machine, and the trolley is
feeded one step to the left.
If the trolley is placed too far to the left, "TROLLY ? " is shown on the display. This means that the trolley must be moved to the
right.
If the trolley is placed too far to the right, "TROLLY ? " is shown on the display. This means that the trolley must be moved to the
left.
When the trolley is correctly docked to onto machine, "READY...AUT" is shown on the display. In all start buttons a green light
will be lit when the machine is ready for operation.
4. Start the machine by choosing wash programme (see item 5 chapter "THE CONTROL PANEL"). Please note that it doesn't
matter if the lid is open or closed when the machine is started.
5. When the machine is washing wheels from a trolley, another trolley can be connecter to the first trolly. This way the machine
can continue washing wheels without interuption. Please note that when a wheel is fed in to or out from the machine, or when the
trolley is mooving or when the lid is openening or closing, the red lamp blinks. During the peroid of time the red lamp in
blinking, no new trolley may be connected.
6. When the last wheel on the trolley is washed and fed out from the machine, the guide rail is lifted and the trolley is disconnected
from the machine. The display shows "WASHING COMPLETED" and "REMOVE TROLLEY".
7. Finally, always check that there are no granula left on the mounting areas or the screwbolt holes of the rim before the wheel is
mounted on to the car.
