Maintenance

Before use each operating day
1. Empty the chip tray and vacuum any build-up of
chips that have accumulated inside the mechanical
assembly. Do not use compressed air to clean chips
or build-up from the machine.
2. Inspect the feed roller for wear or damage such
as gouges, cracks, or tears. Replace if worn or
damaged. See feed roller replacement instructions.
3. Inspect the notch cutting blade for wear or
damaged cutting teeth. Replace if worn or
damaged. See Notching Saw Blade replacement.
4. Inspect the Cut Off Saw Blade for wear or damaged
cutting teeth. Replace if worn or damaged. See Cut
Off Saw Blade replacement.
5. Ensure USB cover is properly installed.
