Thrust Bearing Replacement

1. Lift handle to top position
2. Insert a cable into the machine
3. Lower the handle
4. Loosen and remove the bolt and nut
5. Remove the worn out thrust bearing and replace with the new thrust bearing
6. Reattach the handle
