Fitting instructions

Place the support on the metacarpophalangeal joint affected and guide the thumb
through the intended thumb opening at the same time.

Stabilo strap with the easyClick system for additional stabilisation of the wrist:
1 and 3 attachment module, 2 supporting module, 4 adjustment module.
Adapt the stabilisation degree of the Stabilo strap by moving the adjustment module
4 individually.

Guide the Stabilo strap circularly around the wrist under slight tension.
Close the strap by attaching the free attachment module 3 to the adjustment
module 4 . Pay attention to comfortable fitting of the Stabilo strap, neither too loose
nor too tight.

If the Stabilo strap with the easyClick system is not needed, the supporting
module 2 can be taken from the velour bag. For this purpose, slide the
module out of the opening in the velour.
If required, the plastic splint material can be individually adapted by an orthopaedic
technician at a temperature of approx. 180 °C. Let the reshaped splint cool down
and then re-insert it into the support splint bag.
Removal
To remove the strap hang the + Stabilo strap with the easyClick system out on the
upper side. Then grasp the splint in the palm area and pull the support off over the
fingers.
When you receive your support, the attachment Stabilo strap
module 1 is attached to the support in the supporting module 2 .
