Fire hazard. Do not mix batteries from different manufacturers.
Dispose of batteries in accordance with local, regional and national
regulations.
When "LOW BATTERY" shows on the display, replace the four AA
alkaline batteries. Refer to
non-rechargeable batteries.
10.2 Clean the sample port
Keep the sample port clean and dry. Debris and liquids in the
measurement cell can change the accuracy of the instrument.
Use a soft cloth or no-lint paper tissue (or air duster) to clean the
sample port as necessary.
10.3 Clean the instrument
Clean the exterior of the instrument with a moist cloth and a mild soap
solution and then wipe the instrument dry as necessary.
Section 11 Troubleshooting
If an error occurs, a warning message will show on the display with
instructions.
If the instrument does not respond, remove the batteries and then
install the batteries. Replace the batteries if the battery power level is
low.
To do a diagnostic test, select SYSTEM > Diagnosis with the sample
port cover closed. Supply the diagnostic data to technical support for
analysis.
