ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
THE VEHICLE MUST BE ASSEMBLED BY ADULTS.
BEWARE WHEN EXTRACTING THE VEHICLE
FROM THE PACKAGING.
ALL THE NECESSARY SCREWS AND SMALL
COMPONENTS ARE STORED IN A BAG INSIDE
THE PACKAGING.
THE BATTERY MAY ALREADY BE INSTALLED.
Do not use the toy if you find it damaged after
opening the packaging. Contact the shop where you
bought it or the customer support centre.
Take care in the presence of children while
assembling the toy, given the risks caused by small
parts (ingestion hazard) and the plastic bags that
contain them (choking hazard).
To assemble the toy, you will need a flat-head
screwdriver, a Phillips screwdriver, a hammer, and a
pair of pliers.
ASSEMBLY
1 • Position the right-hand (DX) rear mudguard by
inserting the 3 flaps in the bodywork holes, as
indicated by the arrows.
2 • Turn the bodywork upside down. Press the
mudguard to secure it to the bodywork, making
sure to insert the centre flap (A) first.
•Repeat operations 1 and 2 for the other
mudguard.
3 • Insert the handle into the bodywork hole (1) and
turn it downwards (2). WARNING: the handles
are different from each other. Position them with
the flat side facing the saddle.
4 • Turn the bodywork to work on the bottom and
secure the handle with the supplied screw.
•Repeat operations 3 and 4 for the other handle.
5 • Press the rim (PART A) into the wheel, following
the direction of the tread, and make sure that
the reference pin connects correctly (see figure).
Repeat this operation for another wheel, always
following the direction of the tread.
6 • Insert bushing A into the right-hand wheel (the
right and left wheel refer to the direction of the
tread, according to the travel direction).
7 • Insert the longest axle into the wheel.
8 • Insert an iron washer into the axle.
9 • Insert the axle with the wheel and washer into
the bodywork hole from the right-hand side, as
shown in the figure.
10 • Position bushing B on the other wheel with rim.
11 • Insert the wheel into the axle from the left-hand
side of the bodywork, making sure to insert the
wheel bushing into the motor pentagon.
12 • Position the red press-stud on one of the two
terminal axle parts.
13 • Turn the bodywork upside down, keeping the
press-stud underneath it.
14 • Insert the stud into the black press-stud.
15 • Position it on the other axle terminal, as shown
in the figure, and secure the wheel with stud by
using a hammer.
•Turn the motor to the opposite side and repeat
the operation to secure the other wheel.
16 • Insert the front mudguard into the prong, as
shown in the figure.
17 • Press the other rims into the remaining wheel,
making sure that the reference pin is fully
interlocked.
18 • Insert a large stud into the red press-stud, as
shown in the diagram. Position the front axle on
the press-stud and secure the stud by using a
hammer.
19 • Assemble the front wheel inserting it into the
prong, following the direction of the tread. Insert
the pin.
20 • Position the press-stud and turn the toy keeping
the press-stud underneath it.
•Insert the stud into the black press-stud and
secure the wheel, as shown in the figure.
21 • Position the prong on the front of the vehicle
making sure to insert the bushing (part A)
correctly.
22 • Press the tank cap, fitting the 3 flaps into the
slots and aligning the hole with that on the
prong.
23 • Position a nut underneath the prong. Keep the
nut in position and tighten the previously
inserted threaded pin from the opposite side.
24 • Press the 2 caps onto the prong unit. Place the
headlight unit between 2 brackets, making sure
that the 2 side holes match with the centre hole
of the dashboard. Tighten using the 3 screws
provided.
25 • Position the handlebar on the prong unit, aligning
the holes. Now, position 1 of the 2 handlebar-
stops, as shown in the figure.
26 • Tighten the handlebar-stop. Repeat these
operations to fasten the other handlebar-stop.
27 • Press the 2 rear view mirrors into place.
28 • Snap the 2 front indicators into place.
29 • Loosen the battery compartment cover (button
side) on the dashboard.
30 • Remove the battery-holder and insert 2 AA 1.5 V
batteries (not included) into the compartment,
taking care to match the correct polarity. When
finished, close the battery compartment cover
and re-tighten the screw.
31 • Connect the plug of the electrical system and
battery.
32 • Position the saddle inserting the front part into
the bodywork (1). Turn it downwards (2).
33 • Insert the fastening pin into the rear hole of the
saddle.
34 • Turn the fastening pin to position B to lock the
saddle.
FEATURES AND USE OF THE VEHICLE
35 • ELECTRONIC MODULE: turn the key clockwise
to start the electronic module. Press the upper
button A on the dashboard to activate the horn.
Press the lower button B to switch the front
light on. We recommend turning the key
anticlockwise after use to prevent the battery
from flattening.
36 • The vehicle is ready for use. Keep both hands on
the handlebar while pressing the accelerator
pedal with your foot. Release the pedal to
activate the electric brake automatically.
REPLACING THE BATTERY
PLEASE NOTE: THE PICTURES OF THE BATTERIES

SHOWN. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT THE
REPLACEMENT AND CHARGING PROCEDURES
DESCRIBED.
37 • Turn the fastening pin of the saddle to position A
to release it. Lift the saddle.
38 • Disconnect the plug of the electrical system and
battery.
39 • Loosen the screws of the battery holder. Remove
the battery holder.
40 • Remove the flat battery. Replace the flat battery
with a previously charged one. Put the battery-
holder back into place and tighten it.
41 • Reconnect the plugs. Put the saddle back into
place and turn the fastening pin to position B.
CHARGING THE BATTERY
WARNING: BATTERY CHARGING AND ANY
INTERVENTION ON THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY AN ADULT. THE
BATTERY CAN BE CHARGED WITHOUT
REMOVING IT FROM THE VEHICLE.
42 • Disconnect plug A of the electrical system from
the battery plug B by pressing the sides.
43 • Insert the battery charger plug into a domestic
power socket following the instructions attached.
Connect terminal B and battery charger terminal
C.
44 • Once the battery is charged, remove the battery
charger from the domestic socket, then
disconnect terminal C from terminal B.
45 • Insert plug B into plug A until it clicks into
position. After completing the procedure, always
remember to close and secure the saddle.
