Get an empty USB drive with maximum capa-
city of 8GB. Format it in FAT 32.
•
Save into the USB drive the updated program.
Ensure unit is powered off and unpluged
from the mains.
•
Insert the USB drive into the USB connector -
C - on the front or in the internal panel of the
power source.
•
Plug the unit to the mains and switch it ON
holding MODE key - 16 -.
•
In the displays an ID code can be read, then
Mode Key - 16 - can be released. The unit
turns OFF and restart automatically once
update is completed.
•
Remove the USB drive.

The pulse function, optional on the machine, can
be activated by entering an unlock code provided
by the distributor. Turn on the machine, hold the -
16 - button.
On the displays - 14 - and - 15 - will be viewed the
first digit of a 18-digit hexadecimal code.

DEFAULT DATA FORMATTING
•
After the firmware update ensure unit is OFF.
•
Press keys - 16 - and - 17 - at the same time
and hold them.
•
Turn ON the unit by holding the two keys.
•
Keep the keys hold for 10''.
•
Release the key and default data formatting
is completed.

Take note of all the 18 digits of the code.
•
Use the keys - 16 - and - 17 - to move from
CA to CF in the left display and view the di-
gits in the right display (0 ÷ 9 and A ÷ F, see
figure 23).
Note: after CF, by pressing the key - 17 - you enter
the entry screen. To return to the display screen, turn
off the unit and repeat the process.
•
Communicate the 18-digit code to the service
centre.
The service centre will give you an unlock code.
Follow these instructions to enter the unlock code:
•
Press the key - 17 -.
•
For each of the six positions, adjust the th-
ree corresponding digits on the right display
using the adjustment knob - 18 -.
•
Use the keys - 16 - and - 17 - to scroll
forward and backward respectively between
the digits of the screen and adjust them. The
flashing digit is the one being set.
•
After setting the last digit (d18), if all the pre-
vious digits are correct, the machine unlocks
and the "Pulse" function is activated. If the
display - 14 - returns to showing "CA" the
function is not activated, try again to enter the
code.
•
The machine turns on normally. In the syner-
gic mode you can find the programs for the
Pulse function.
