AC 3010
DUAL LASER/CAMERA HEADLIGHT ADJUSTER
• Place the unit on the pre-installed rails and remove the screw and
washers holding the counterweight at the bottom of the column.
LEVELING THE HEADLIGHT ADJUSTER
Place the headlight adjuster on the work area. Check the position
of the level inside the optics. If it is not aligned, slightly unscrew the
screw holding the wheel and adjust the inclination using the screw
above. Tighten the screw holding the wheel.
HEADLIGHT ADJUSTER DESCRIPTION
The AC 3010 is a device used to test headlamps on all types of
motor vehicles, cars and trucks. The unit can be installed as a fi xed
station with lateral movement on a track.
The column is rotating thanks to a pin installed on a bearing. It can
be aligned up to 30° with the vehicle.
The optical chamber is height-adjustable by sliding it precisely
and silently on plastic guides along a galvanized aluminum column
graduated in centimeters for precise positioning relative to the
headlight.
To center the device on the light source, the front
panel is equipped with 2 laser transmitters of class
3R. The wavelength is 635 nm (nanometers), the
power is 5 mW (milliwatts), the fan angle is 90°
as shown in the picture. All this allows a start at
14cm from the optics.
