IN NETWORK SET
An ID must be set before first use. If more than one shunt is used, it is mandatory
to start the ID process with only one shunt supplied before adding other shunts.
After applying the supply voltage at pin (+1), the shunt starts operating and indicates the operating status via
the integrated Led :
The LIN-Network page opens
menu - see section 4.2). To add a new shunt, follow the 3 steps procedure detailed below:
Step 1 : If more than one shunt is used, disconnect all shunts power supplies. Connect the supply of the main
Battery mode shunt only (In our case SN is 7029).
Step 2 : Press the #1 button in order to assign ID #1 to shunt 7029. The shunt will shift to the ID #1 row. Select
NAME by pressing the name's area.

UP
Up to three shunts can be connected to the battery monitor.
They are all connected to each other via the communication
line (called "LIN" for LIN-Bus line). In order for the
communication with the individual shunts to work, each
shunt connected must have a different identification number
(called "ID") : #1, #2 or #3.
Each shunt has a unique serial number (SN). This serial
number is printed on the label.
