4 MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA
4.1 OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI DI SICUREZZA
ATTENZIONE!
Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di
manutenzione o pulizia è necessario scollegare
lʼalimentazione elettrica disinserendo la spina
e spegnere inoltre lʼinterruttore del gruppo di
refrigerazione del banco (n°21 pos.1)
Per la sostituzione del cavo di alimentazione
rivolgersi al personale qualificato autorizzato
dal costruttore.
Per effettuare lo scollegamento della alimentazione elettri-
ca agire sullʼinterruttore generale della vetrina (Pos.1 n°19)
dopodichè staccare la spina elettrica di alimentazione.
4.2 PULIZIA CONDENSATORE
Per mantenere in buona efficienza il circuito frigo è indi-
spensabile, ogni 20÷30 giorni, rimuovere la polvere e lo
sporco che si depositano sulle alette del condensatore.
Procedere nella seguente maniera (n°20):
- Eseguire le operazioni descritte in 4.1
- Rimuovere la griglia di protezione del condensatore,
svitando le viti di fissaggio sul perimetro di questa.
- Togliere la polvere e lo sporco presente nelle alette del
condensatore usando una spazzola od un pennello e un
aspirapolvere.
ATTENZIONE!
Non usare arnesi metallici o comunque rigidi poi-
ché potrebbero piegare le alette e compromettere
il buon funzionamento dellʼimpianto.

4 ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
4.1 PRELIMINARY SAFETY CHECKS
To disconnect the display unit from the mains power
supply, switch off the display unit using the main switch
(Pos.1, n°19) and unplug it from the mains power sup-
ply.
4.2 CLEANING THE CONDENSER
It is most important that the dust and dirt which collects
on the condenser fins is removed every 20-30 days, if the
refrigerating circuit is to work efficiently. This should be
carried out in the following manner (n°20):
- Carry out the operations described in Section 4.1.
- Remove the condenser protection grille by loosening the
screws around the edge.
- With the help of a soft brush and a vacuum cleaner,
remove the dust and dirt from the condenser fins.

CAUTION!
Before carrying out any cleaning or mainten-
ance operations, first disconnect the unit from
the mains power supply unplugging the switch
and then turn off the switch of the planʼs cool-
ing group (n°21 pos.1).
To replace the feeding cable ask the qualified
personnel and authorized by the builder.
CAUTION!
Never use metal or very stiff tools to carry out
this operation since they may bend the fins and
in this way, affect the correct operation of the
system.
