If necessary centre the circular bubble by means of
the height adjustable foot screws in order to reach a
maximum accuracy.
SWITCH THE UNIT ON
Set the ON/OFF knob no. 3 in position „ON" . The
instrument is now ready for use (POWER LED is
illuminated).
An audible and optical (blinking lines) alarm indicates if the instrument was set up outside of the
compensator rage of ± 3,5 °. Set up the instrument on a more even surface.
To switch off the instrument bring the ON/OFF knob into position „OFF" .
The instrument is now switched off and the magnetic dampened compensator is blocked to avoid
damages during transport.
NOTE: During transport the ON/OFF knob (compensator clamp) no. 3 must be set to „OFF" .
Disregard may lead to damage of the compensator.

MANUAL FUNCTION

The MANUAL function is only available in OFF mode (as otherwise compensator alarm would start).
Press the MANUAL key (C) and choose the desired laser lines. Now FL 55 Plus HP can be used in slope
position.
ROTATABLE CIRCLE AND TANGENT SCREW
FL 55 Plus HP is equipped with a 360° rotatable circle.
The laser can be rotated by hand or carefully by use of
the tangent screw no. 4.
