Sicherheitshinweise
In dieser Betriebsanleitung werden jeweils vor
den betreffenden Handlungsschritten Sicher-
heitshinweise genannt. Diese Hinweise sind
unbedingt zu beachten.
Funktionsprinzip
Mink Vakuumpumpen arbeiten nach dem be-
währten Drehkolbenprinzip. Sie verdichten voll-
kommen trocken, berührungsfrei und somit ver-
schleißfrei. Zwei Drehkolben drehen sich ge-
gensinnig in einem Zylinder, saugen das Medi-
um an und verdichten es. Die eng tolerierten
Formen der Drehkolben und der Zylinderinnen-
wand ermöglichen eine gute Abdichtung, ohne
einander zu berühren. Bei der Drehbewegung
wird ständig Gas angesaugt, verdichtet und
unter Druck ausgestoßen.
Mink Vakuumpumpen sind luftgekühlt.
Flüssigkeiten und Feststoffe sollten nicht
in die Pumpe gelangen.
Im Zweifelsfall unbedingt Rücksprache
mit dem Herstellerwerk halten.

Safety advice
In these operating instructions safety measures
are advised before each step. It is imperative
that these safety precautions are observed.
Principle of operation
Mink vacuum pumps work according to the ro-
tary lobe principle. They are compressing dry,
contact free and hence free of wear. Two rotary
lobes are rotating in opposite directions within a
cylinder, inducting and compressing a gas me-
dium. The shape of the lobe is such that a small
gauged clearance is maintained between the
lobe tips and the cylinder walls and also at the
adjacent lobe surfaces. As the lobes rotate con-
stantly, gas is sucked in, compressed and dis-
charged under pressure.
Mink rotary lobe vacuum pumps are air-cooled.
Liquid and solid particles should not enter
the pump.
In case of doubt consult the manufactu-
rer.

Indications de sécurité
Dans ce manuel d'installation des indications de
sécurité différentes sont relevées. Il est impératif
que ces indications soient suivies.
Principe de fonctionnement
Les pompes à vide Mink fonctionnent selon le
principe des lobes rotatifs. Ils assurent une com-
pression sèche, sans contact et donc sans usure.
Deux lobes tournent en sens contraire, dans un
cylindre, en aspirant le gaz et en le comprimant.
Les formes précises des lobes et des parois du
cylindre autorisent de très faibles tolérances qui
assurent une bonne étanchéité sans contact.
Pendant la rotation, le gaz est aspiré, puis com-
primé et rejeté sous pression.
Les pompes à vide lobes rotatifs Mink sont re-
froidies par air.
Des liquides et des particules solides ne
doivent pas entrer dans la pompe.
En cas de doute, veuillez consulter le con-
structeur.
