LED K1 relay
Fault
X4
Open
Phase outage
The controller has built-in phase
monitoring. In case of a mains fault
(fuse blown or mains phase
failure), the device is switched off
with a time lag
(approx. 200 ms).
Function available only if there is
sufficient controller charge.
Motor jammed
X5
Open
If no speed > 0 is measured
for 8 s of switching, the
"Motor jammed" fault is
triggered.
X6
Open
IGBT fault
Short-circuit to earth or motor
winding short-circuit.
X7
Open
ZK under-voltage
Switched off if the intermediate
circuit voltage drops below the
set limit value.
ZK overvoltage
X8
Open
The motor is switched off if the
intermediate circuit voltage
exceeds the set limit values.
Cause: input voltage too high, or
motor generator operating.

Fault elimination
After switching off, an attempted start-up
is made after approx. 15 s if the supply
voltage is sufficient, until the 3 mains
phases are restored.
Check the mains voltage
The EC controller switches off, another
attempted start is made after approx. 2.5
s.
Final shutdown after five unsuccessful
attempted start-ups. Reset then required,
by powering off the mains.
Check whether the motor is running
freely.
The EC controller switches off, another
attempted start is made after approx. 60
s
Final shutdown if a fault is detected again
within 60 s
of the second attempted start.
Then reset required, by powering
off the mains.
An automatic attempted start-up
is made if the intermediate circuit
voltage goes back above
the limit value.
If the intermediate circuit voltage
remains below the limit value for
more than 75 s, a fault message
is generated.
An automatic attempted start-up
is made if the intermediate circuit
voltage drops back below the limit
value.
If the intermediate circuit voltage
remains above the limit value
for more than 75 s, a fault message
is generated.
IGBT cooling break for
approx. 60 s.
Final shutdown after 2 cooling breaks
