AI1: 0-10V or PWM analogue input for external sensor.
29
DQ/GND: Not used
30
DI1: "Fire mode" 24V DC on-off input, NC logic.
This input comes shunted from the factory. Do not remove this shunt.
31
DI2: 24V DC on-off input, "Energy meter".
32
DI3: 24V DC on-off input, "Motor rpm counter".
33
P1: 0-1000 Pa differential pressure input.
34
P2: 0-1000 Pa differential pressure input.
35
MODBUS Master A/B/GND: MODBUS RTU Master communications bus.
36
MODBUS Slave A/B/GND: MODBUS RTU slave communications bus.
37
Bluetooth module: Bluetooth communication module.
38
K14: Keyboard connector.
Once the electrical connection has been made, the device must be powered using the local switch via
the terminal block (see 5.1 Généralités, page 17). The fan will start up. Check its direction of rotation.

6. SYSTEM START-UP

6.1. GENERAL INFORMATION

When starting up the MODULYS® ECM, check that:
-
The current is not more than 5% of the value shown on the label of the MODULYS® ECM unit.
-
The input voltage is within the range of -15% to +4% (single-phase version) and -5% to +20%
(3-phase version) % of the value shown on the label of the MODULYS® ECM.
-
During start-up, there should be no perceptible noise generated by friction, impacts or
alignment fault signalling.
-
The direction of rotation for three-phase versions must match the direction of rotation shown
on the label on the MODULYS® ECM unit.

6.2. CONTROL SYSTEM CONFIGURATION

The set-up must comply with the recommendations made during the installation design phase. The
controller set-up consists in setting the setpoint determined during the study, according to the possible
control modes.
