Mount the roofs as per the illustrations:
The roof must be centred width-wise. 60 mm between the end
of the roof and the unit.
The roof is exactly the length of the unit, and its ends must be
in line with the unit.
Once the roof is centred on the unit or module, drill the profile
in the 4 corners, as per the pilot holes. The diameter of the
holes must be 3 mm.
Before screwing and drilling the aluminium
profile, make sure that the sheets are centred
before you start mounting the 1st sheet.
Insert the screws in the sealing accessory as
shown in the picture. Do not over-tighten, so as
not to deform the sealing caps. Remember to
properly close the screw sealing accessory caps.
Mount the end parts on each side of the roof.
They are held in place by the plastic seal.
When you need to couple a module, remove the
end part from the side on which it is installed, and
mount the plastic seal between the unit roof and
the module roof.
For outdoor installation, a roof must be provided;
please contact us for valve kits adaptable for
outdoor use.

4.7. LIMITING NOISE DISTURBANCE

For better acoustic quality, it is advisable to use the following optional accessories:
-
Anti-vibration mat or silentblocks (depending on size) under the device's feet.
-
Flexible sleeves for connections between the device's take-offs and the network's rigid ducts.
-
Sound traps in the toughest cases.

4.8. MALFUNCTION DETECTION

In order to detect a malfunction leading to a fall in flow rate and pressure, a pressure switch may be
fitted on the device:
-
Pressure switch kit set to 80 Pa, non-adjustable.
-
20-300 Pa adjustable pressure switch.
On constant pressure (CP) controlled versions, there is an alarm feedback available to the control
system board. The basic safety pressure setting is 80 Pa; this can be modified in the menus.
