FAQ
* Acknowledge the fault by setting the selector to 'manual', then return to the initial position, or switch the board off and back
on again. If the problem persists, contact the hotline (contact details on the back of this manual).

Probable cause(s)
During the 'ready' slave test, at least one slave
exhibited a fault.
At least one slave was unable to finish the requested
operation.
At least one slave has changed position whereas no
operation was requested.
One slave is in error.
The slave is not ready for the operation.
At least one slave is in an unexpected position.
A slave declared itself defective and alerted the master.
The slave has received an order not conform to the
procedure.
The orders sent have exceeded the time imparted.
Communication with the master has been lost during
the slave movement.. The slave has automatically
stopped for safety reasons.
The slave has received an emergency stop from the
master.
In single pole operated LAN mode, the master has
been moved to 'local' position for an operation.
The master does not find the expected slaves.
The equipment in network is not compatible with the
master.
Operating mechanism temperature is off-limit.
The power measured on the heating resistor is too
weak.
The power measured on the heating resistor is too
strong.
Check the sensor and its connections
The relay board required for S-LuX does not work
The current sensor gives a value whereas the value
should be zero.
Mean motor current has exceeded the maximum value
authorized during an operation.
The sensor has detected a current although the
operating mechanism has stopped.
The sensor detects a current although the operating
mechanism has stopped.
The current sensor does not function normally or a
high load drives temporarily the electrical operating
mechanism.
The current sensor is defective. The operation cannot
be displayed properly.
Operating time has exceeded 18 s.
The interlock has been lost or was suspended during
the operation
If an emergency generator set has been used, it did not
start quickly enough.
The angle measured exceeds the min. and max.
values: the rest positions are inconsistent.
A drive rod assembly problem is detected
A drive rod assembly problem is detected
Torque measurement cannot be given as it is off-limit.
The angle given by the S-Torque sensor is in a non-
supported range.
One of the two buttons is stuck in the depressed
position.

Recommended solution(s)
Check the expected position, the mode selector and the
operating state of the slave
Check the complete installation, then the electrical
operating mechanism.
Check the position of the slave and ensure its conformity
Consult the error code of the slave and solve it.
Check the expected position, the mode selector and the
operating state of the slave.
Put the slave back to manual or local in the expected
position.
Check equipment compatibility and configuration.
Check cabling and earthing of the cable braids.
Check installation and cabling
Put the slaves and the master back in place, and
acknowledge the faults.
Check installation and cabling
Put the master back to REMOTE mode
