Setting Oven Controls
Warm & Hold™
Warm & Hold keeps cooked foods warm for serving up to
3 hours after cooking has finished. After 3 hours the Warm
& Hold will the oven off automatically. Warm & Hold
should only be used with foods that are already at serving
temperatures. Warm & Hold will maintain the oven
temperature at 170° F (77°C).
FOOD POISONING HAZARD. Do not let
food sit for more than one hour before or after cooking.
Doing so can result in food poisoning or sickness. Foods that
can easily spoil such as milk, eggs, fish, meat or poultry,
should be chilled in the refrigerator first. Even when chilled,
they should not stand in the oven for more than 1 hour
before cooking begins, and should be removed promptly
when finished cooking.
To add Warm & Hold when baking with Cook Time:
1. Arrange interior oven racks and close oven door.
2. Set the oven for Bake, adjust oven temperature if
needed. Set the desired Cook Time.
3. Press Warm & Hold key pad once. The Warm & Hold
function will turn ON automatically after the set Cook
Time runs out. Warm & Hold will automatically turn off
after 3 hours.
To cancel the Warm & Hold function before Warm &
Hold starts press Warm & Hold key pad once. To cancel
all cooking functions press
To set Warm & Hold for hot cooked foods (when oven has
no other active function):
1. Place hot cooked food in oven.
2. Press Warm & Hold key pad. — —
display. If no further key pads are touched the request
for Warm & Hold will clear.

to start. Warm & Hold will activate
and automatically turn off after 3 hours.
To turn Warm & Hold OFF at any time press
Important notes:
• Warm & Hold may be set independently for hot cooked
foods or may be added to automatically turn on when
setting Bake with a Cook Time. A Delay Start may also
be added.
• Warm & Hold can not be added to the Bake function
without setting Cook Time.
• Warm & Hold will maintain the oven temperature at
170° F (77°C) for 3 hours.

Recipe Recall

Use the Recipe Recall feature to save and recall your
favorite baking recipe.
To program oven to begin baking immediately and save a
recipe:
1. Arrange oven racks and place food in oven if you wish
to start using the recipe. If only saving the recipe, skip
this step.
2. If the recipe calls for cook time settings, set that now.
3. Press Bake key pad. — — — °

oven default temperature of 350°F (177°C). If needed,
adjust oven temperature using the
and release. The oven temperature may be adjusted in
5°F increments (1°C if the control is set to display
Celsius). The oven will turn ON and begin heating.
5. If the Warm & Hold feature is needed for the recipe set
it now.
6. To save and store the recipe press and hold Recipe
Recall key pad until a tone sounds (about 3 seconds).
The tone indicates that the recipe has been saved for
future recall.
At this time If you wish to only save the recipe but do
not wish to start cooking using the recipe be sure to
press
to turn oven OFF.
To recall a stored bake recipe:
1.
Arrange oven racks and place food in the oven.
2. Press Recipe Recall key pad.
3. To accept, within 5 seconds press the
The oven will begin heating using the saved recipe
settings. The oven temperature, and if set any Cook
Time and Warm & Hold instructions that were
previously saved will also be recalled.
Important notes:
• This feature will only recall a previous Bake, Bake with
Cook Time or a Bake with Cook Time including a Warm
& Hold setting. This feature will not work with any other
function.
• Warm & Hold can only be added to the recipe when the
Bake function is programmed with a Cook Time.
