Intended use

The MACSQuant Tyto Cell Sorter is a stand-alone benchtop instrument for microchip-based cell sorting in a fully
closed system using disposable cartridges. The three integrated lasers combined with the mechanical sort valve
- embedded in the cartridge - allow for high-speed, fluorescence-based cell sorting, based on up to ten
parameters. The instrument offers fully automated flow control, laser alignment, and valve timing.
The MACSQuant Tyto Cell Sorter is a research-use only laboratory equipment. It is to be used by professional
laboratory personnel only.
