Reminder intervals
The number of white blocks (one, two, or three) each represent a different interval.
The three standard intervals are:
- Interval 1: Reminder after 55 minutes of sitting
- Interval 2: Reminder after 50 minutes of sitting
- Interval 3: Reminder after 45 minutes of sitting
The pre-set interval reminds the user after 55 minutes – that is,
one white block lights up.
Setting reminder interval
1. Press the
button to set the interval that reminds you to change position.
2. You can change the interval by pressing the
button.
3. Release the
button when the desired interval is displayed.
If no white block is lit, the reminder is disabled. The app allows the three intervals
to be assigned to user-defined values.
