b) Connection
The video inputs are on the rear of the control unit. These are two connections in mini DIN design.
• Connect the „AUDIO OUTPUT" (O) and „VIDEO OUTPUT" (P) connections with the audio and video
output of your monitor or TV set. Here the yellow cinch socket is for the video signal and the white
cinch socket for the audio signal.
Alternatively, you can also connect the SCART connection (K) with your monitor
or TV set instead of the cinch outputs (O and P).
The SCART connection directs the video signal and the audio signal.
• Connect your surveillance cameras to the two video inputs „CH1" (M) and „CH2" (N).
You can of course only connect one video input. It is not necessary to use both
inputs.
• Connect the „POWER IN" (L) low voltage socket on the control device with the round pin of the mains
power plug supplied and then the mains power plug with the mains power.
• Switch the monitor/TV set on.
• Switch the control unit on by pressing the „POWER" (E) switch.
• If necessary select the correct input on the monitor/television used by you, in order to view the image
display.
