2. Intended use

The control unit mainly serves to control (swivel and tilting function) of suitable surveillance cameras with
integrated motorisation.
The supplier surveillance camera has a motorisation for swivel and tilt functions.
The control unit furthermore offers you the option to connect up to two surveillance cameras.
The camera is equipped with 6 IR LEDs to serve as a light source when it is dark.
Please note that this causes the images to be black and white.
The control unit works with analogue PAL/NTSC video signals. This is why suitable cameras or a monitor or
video camera are necessary for the operation.
With this control unit you can select via the keypad what camera image you would like to see. The camera
is equipped with a microphone and can be simply swivelled and tilted via the control cross through the built-
in engine. This means you have a great view of everything at all times. The power supply of the camera
suitable for outdoor areas is provided via the DIN cable.
The control unit must not get damp or wet. The camera, control unit and power supply unit should not be
modified or reassembled. The adhesive labels on the product must not be damaged or removed. Further-
more, screws or mounting parts of the product must not be loosened or removed.
Use other than that described above can lead to damage to the product and may involve additional risks
such as short circuits, fire, electrical shocks etc.

3. Symbols

A lightning-bolt symbol in a triangle indicates a health hazard, e.g. danger of electric
shock.
The exclamation mark in a triangle indicates to you particular risks in handling, opera-
ting and control.
The "Hand" symbol indicates special tips and operating information.
