Points that Consumer needs to take into consideration about Warranty;
Keep the product's certificate of warranty. Failure to present the certificate of
warrantly will cause the product to be processed as out of warranty. The secondary
elements and accessories that are provided along with the products are out of
the scope of warranty. Consummables with the necessity of replacement over
time as indicated on the manual are not covered by warranty.
The warranty that is provided by SILVERLINE does not cover the failures
occurring as a result of improper use of the product as well as the following
conditions:
1. Damages and failures arising as a result of misuse,
2. Damages and failures which occur during loading, unloading and handling
activities after the product is delivered to the consumer,
3. Damages and failures occurring as a result of high or low voltage, faulty electric
wiring or using the product in a voltage other than the one that is indicated
on the label,
4. Damages and failures resulting from fire and lightning.
5. Failures occurring as a result of mounting parts on the product which have
not been provided by the manufacturer.
6. Failures arising from the use of the product against the principles that are
indicated on the product manual.
7. The product life is 10 years (Period to hold stocks for spare parts in order
to maintain the function of the product) Maturation and issuance of the
certificate of warrantly to the customer is the responsibility of the authorized
seller, agency or representatives from where the product has been purchased.
This warranty shall be void in case there is forgery on the certificate of warrantly
or the original serial number on the product is removed or tampered.
Customer right of choice
1. In case where the product is defective, the consumer;
a) May declare that s/he is ready to return the product and terminate the
contract,
b) Keep the product and ask for a discount from the sale price in proportion
to the defect.
c) Ask the seller to repair the product free of charge unless it does not require
an extreme cost,
d) Ask for the free replacement of the defective product with a working one The
seller is responsible to carry out these demands of the consumer.
2. If the consumer uses his/her right for free repairment, and if in that case,
a) The product fails again within the warranty period,
b) The maximum repairment time is exceeded,
c) It is determined with a report by the seller, producer or importer that the
