button open for one or two seconds (let the gas reach the hob), be careful that
the injector is not dirty, start the hob before putting the pot.
• If the heat disappears as soos as you stop pushing the button, After the hob is
heated, continue to push down the control button for a second or two, the seals
under the control button may be removed, a strong air flow in the environment
may put out the hob fire, be careful that the hob parts (cover, head, etc) are
complete and in place
• If the fire is put out or if the heat is a too high when the button is at low heat, a
strong air flow in the environment may put out the hob fire, check the harmony
between the injectors installed and the gas used.
• The flames are irregular and unstable. Make sure that the hob zones (burner
cover and head) and injectors are clean. Make sure that the burner cover and
heads are placed properly, the gas in the gas tube may be reduced.
• If the buttons are heated during cooking, Use small pots on the hob zones close
to the control buttons, large pots should be placed away from the buttons. Place
the pan in the center of the hob, the pan and pots should not lie beyond the
buttons.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WARRANTY

1.Warranty period starts after the delivery of the product and is two years.
2. The complete product with all its parts are under warranty of our company.
3.In case the product fails within the warranty period, the repairment period is
added to the warranty. The maximum repairment time of the product is 20
working days. This period starts from the day of notice about the failure to the
service station or vendor, dealer, agent, representative, importer or producer
if there is no service station in the location. In case the failure of the product
can not be eliminated within 10 working days, the producer or importer has
to appoint a product with similar features until the repariment is completed.
4.In case the product fails within the warrantly period due to material,
workmanship or installation error, the the repairment shall be carried out
without any workmanship or replacement parts costs or any other cost with
a different name.
5.In case it is understood that the product is defective, the consumer has the
right to;
a) Declare that s/he is ready to return the product and terminate the contract
b) Keep the product and ask for a discount from the sale price in proportion to
the defect.
