c) Ask the seller to repair the product free of charge unless it does not require
an extreme cost,
d) Ask for the free replacement of the defective product with a working one.

The seller is responsible to carry out these demands of the consumer. If the
consumer uses his/her right for free repairment, and if in that case, If the
consumer uses his/her right for free repairment, and if in that case,
a) The product fails again within the warranty period,
b) The maximum repairment time is exceeded,
c) It is determined with a report by the seller, producer or importer that the
repairment of the product is impossible, the customer can ask for a refund,
a discount in proportion to the defect or replacement of the product with a
working one if possible. The seller can not refuse the demand of the consumer.
In case this demand is not fulfilled, the seller, producer and importer shall be
jointly and severally liable. In cases when the replacement of the product with
a working one creates disproportional difficulties, the customer can use one of
the rights of refund or discount proportional to the defect
6. In addition to the failures arising from the usage of the products against the
instructions indicated in the manual, the product is not covered under warranty
in the following conditions as well.
a) In case the serial number of the product written on the certificate of warrantly
is tempered.
b) In case the failures happen as a result of repairments performed by people
other than SILVERLINE authorized personnel.
c) In case of failures which are caused by external hardware connected to the
device (regulators, UPS, etc.)
d) Failures that occur due to extraordinary low or high voltage, faulty electric
wiring, or connection of device to a voltage other than the grid voltage. ,
e) Failures that may occur during the transportation (falling, extreme shaking,
impact etc.) after the delivery of the product,
f) Deformation, scratching, breakage and failures occurring in the inner and
outer surfaces of the device.
g) Failures occurring as a result of the natural disasters (lightning, flood, deluge,
earthquakes, fire etc.) Maturation and issuance of the certificate of warrantly
to the customer is the responsibility of the authorized seller, agency or
representatives from where the product has been purchased. Conusmers
can appeal to the consumer courts and consumer arbitration boards for
complaints and appeals. Regarding the disputes that may arise about certificate
of warranty, the consumer can appeal to the Republic of Turkey Ministry
of Customs and Trade Consumer Rights and Market Surveillance General
Directorate.
