• Remove the protective layer of the seal and ensure that transparent protective
layer is on the seal.
• Turn down the hob and place the seal downwards of the hob as in "E" (See
GB
figure 9). At the end of this process, the outer edge of the seal shall be suited
with the outer edge of the hob. The tip parts of the seal shal not be overlapped.
• Contanın ocağa iyice yapışması için parmaklarınızla sağlamlaştırın.
• Reinforce the "S" supports under the hob by inserting to "H" holes, and tighten
"F" screw until it fits (See figure 10).
• The distance between the gap and the side walls for the installation of the
hob should comply with the minimum values in the table below.
• It is recommended to install a panel, which is possible to demount with a tool,
under the base of the hob in order to prevent any touch to the bottom part
of the heating zones while the hob is running. This panel should be installed
70 mm downwards from the base of the hob (See figure 7)
SUBSTANTIAL ASSEMBLY IMPLEMENTATIONS
One of the important issues the assembly personnel should take into
consideration is the necessity of the hob being taller than the cabinet's sidewalls
on which the hob will be mounted. The rear walls must be tolerant to 65 K heat.
The glue used to attach the laminated plates onto the kitchen cabinet should
be tolerant to at least 150oC. You hob is not attached to a device that will
extinguish any possible deflagration. Under this circumstance, you must follow
the installation instructions given.
VENTILATING THE ROOM
In order for the device to work full capacity, the room in which it was assembled
must be ventilated properly. For the gas ratio of the room to be balanced, the air
ratio must be no less than 20m3. The air should move naturally in the vent holes
inside the room and be expelled (Figure.3).
LOCATION OF THE ASSEMBLY AND VENTILATION
The room must be ventilated constantly with the help of devices such as
exhausters or range hoods, and these must be directly attached to the chimney
or outside (see figure.4). Providing these requirements not being met, an
electrical ventilator may as well be placed on the window as a substitute.
Prior to the assembly of the hob, make sure that the values given on the tableau
under the hob and the electric and gas values of your home to be identical.
The values on the hob indicate the gas type and pressure you must use. In gas
connection, you must use a copper tube or a tube type recommended by the
gas board.
WARNING:
Bear in mind that the tube of your device's gas inlet is 1/2" inch conoid gas male
type and in accordance with EN 10226 standards
