Do not overfill the unit (cooling: 8 kg, freezing: 3 kg);
Leave an appropriate amount of space between containers in order to ensure
the best possible circulation;
Never place hot containers directly on the bottom of the unit – they should rest
on special grates.
CAUTION!
Regularly monitor the condensation container and empty it as necessary.
Properties of food products for rapid cooling / freezing
It should be remembered that cycles begin at an average temperature of +70° C (cooling
cycle from +70° C to +3° C; freezing cycle from +70° C to –18° C), therefore it is important to
proceed in accordance with the following instructions:
•
food products which are to be cooled or frozen can not be stored for long periods
at room temperature; as more moisture is lost, it is less likely the product will be
conserved appropriately.
•
place products at a temperature of +70° C into the refrigerator-flash freezer.
