2. Installation and Operation

NOTE: Before installation, please inspect the unit. Make sure that nothing inside the package is damaged.
Please keep the original package in a safe place for future use.
Before installation, please inspect the unit. Be sure that nothing inside the package is damaged during
transportation. Do not turn on the unit and notify the carrier and dealer immediately if there is any damage
or lacking of some parts. Please keep the original packages in a safe place for future use. It is recommended
to keep each equipment and battery set in their original packages because they have been designed to
assure the maximum protection during transportation and storage.
NOTE: There are different types of M5T UPS: standard and long-run models (WOB versions – without
internal betteries – and S) both in High Voltage and Low Voltage. Please refer to the following table.
