 Bad electrical connection between
photo cell and PCB
The heater is not working or the motor runs for a short time only.
The light blinks, display shows E2
 No fuel in the tank

 Bad electrical connection between
transformer and operating panel

 Broken ignition
The fan does not work but the heater comes on.
The light blinks or stays on and the display shows E1 or E2
 Thermostat settings too low
 Electrical connection between the
operating panel and motor is broken
Bad combustion or excess formation of soot
 Dirty inlet, outlet or lint filter (Fireball
20T, 37T & 60T)
 Dirty fuel filter
 Bad fuel quality
 Pressure is too high or low
The heater does not work and the light does not come on
 The sensor has detected overheating
 No electricity
 Fuse is broken
 Bad electrical connection between
temperature sensors and operating
panel
if necessary
 Check
electrical
repair where necessary
 Add fuel
 Adjust pump pressure
 Clean spark plug, adjust or replace
 Clean/replace fuel filter
 Clean/replace nozzle
 Replace fuel and clean tank with
paraffin
 Check all connections, see wiring
diagram
 Connect the ignition cable to the
spark plug
 Replace the ignition
 Set thermostat higher
 Check all electrical connections
 Clean or replace filters
 Clean or replace filter
 Do not use dirty or old fuel
 Set the right setting
 Switch off heater and leave to cool for
10 minutes. Switch it off and on
again.
 Check the electricity supply and
connections to electric and extension
cable.
 Replace the fuse
 Check all connections, see wiring
diagram.
