2. Blood Pressure Measurement
2.1 Principles
This device measures blood pressure by using the oscillometric method. As the strap
(airbag) pressure increases, the device extracts and analyzes the signals of pressure
oscillations in the airbag using the pressure sensor, and automatically calculates the
high pressure (systolic pressure), low pressure (diastolic pressure), and pulse rate.
