Level (Fig. 4)
Set the unit on a surface that is at a conven-
ient height for marking a level reference
plane on walls or other surfaces. Mark the
laser dot's location. You can now turn the
unit to move the laser dot to another loca-
tion and continue marking. These marks
can be connected together with a straight
edge to give you a level line.
Be careful not to change the height of the
unit during the process or your level line will
vary in height.
For damages caused by usage other then
intended, the user is responsible.
ACCURACY: Level/square: Up to ± 1/8-in at 30-ft (±3mm at 10m)
VISIBILITY RANGE: up to 100-ft (30 m) according to the light conditions
SELF-LEVELING RANGE: ± 3° in any direction
INDICATING LIGHTS: Low power: LED blinks Green
LASER OUTPUT: Class 2M, 630-670 nm
OPERATING TEMPERATURE:
TRIPOD MOUNTING: 1/4-20

Installing Batteries
Open the battery cover. Slide the battery
compartment open. Remove used batter-
ies. Place fresh batteries in the compart-
ment, aligning them according to the label.
Check for correct polarity.
Extreme temperatures and the use of
batteries with different levels of charge can
reduce the
operating
time of the
instrument.
Always use
batteries
with the
same
power
rating and
from the
same man-
ufacturer.
