 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
o
Before using the fan make sure that it stands on a flat and stable surface.
o
Damage may occur if it is placed on an incline or decline.
o
Set all the switches to OFF position, then insert the plug directly into a standard AC
socket-outlet. Be sure that the plug fits tightly into outlet.
 Press the On button to start the fan and select the fan speed level, as per the
following sequence: 1 > 2 > 3 > 4 > 5 > 6 > 1
The fan speed selection can be circulated and the speed pilot lamp will be on
during operation.
 Press the Mode button to choose your desired wind mode as per the following
sequence: normal > wind > natural wind > sleeping wind > normal wind
The wind mode selection can be circulated and the wind mode pilot lamp will be
on during operation.
 Set the time by pressing the Timer button to select a desired timing level, the
range is between 1-15 hours. The pilot light corresponding to the selected tim-
ing level will be illuminated.
 Press the OSC button to select whether you need to let it oscillate, as per the
following sequence: oscillating> not oscillating> oscillating
o
Press the OFF button to turn off the fan. All pilot lights will go off.
o
Note: All of the above functions can be operated via the remote control.
 MAINTENANCE
o
Always remove the plug from the socket-outlet and allow the fan to stop turning
before cleaning the fan.
o
Clean the external surfaces of the fan with a soft damp cloth (avoid wet cloths).
o
WARNING:
 Do not immerse the fan in water.
 Do not use any cleaning chemicals such as detergents and abrasives.
 Do not allow the interior (special for the PCB) to get wet as this could create a
hazard.
o
When the unit is not in use, make sure that it is unplugged from the wall socket. To
store the fan, pack it in the original carton and store it in a cool and dry place until
further use.
o
In case of malfunctioning or doubt, do not try to repair the fan yourself as this may
result in fire hazard or electric shock.
