FAULTS
• The heater does not
start, or it stops during
operation.
If the heater is still not working properly, please contact your nearest dealer or authorized Service Centre.

CAUSES
• Gas feed is insufficient for combustion
• Air feed is insufficient for combustion
• The flame does not light up
• The flame lights but the thermal gas
valve closes when the button (4) is
released

8. TROUBLESHOOTING
• Check if gas tank is empty
• Check gas supply line and remove any debris inside
• Check pressure regulator and replace if necessary
• Check that the air intake for combustion is not obstructed
• Check that the room is well ventilated
• Check the piezo igniter and the electrical connection; replace it if
necessary
• Check ionization electrode positioniing
• Check that the inclination of the heater to horizontal does not exceed
35°
• Check the inclination sensor and replace it if necessary
• Repeat starting operation keeping thermal gas valve button (4) pressed
for at least 30 seconds
• Check thermocouple positioning
• Remove thermocouple and clean it
• Check thermocouple and replace it if necessary
