Always replace old fuel.
•
Always stop the motor when fueling.
•
Never add fuel to a hot motor.
•
Never use gasoline mixed with oil.
OPERATION - START AND STOP
COLD MOTOR
1.
Set the motor to choke and the throttle control to full speed. (Fig. 8)
2.
Pull the starting rope slowly to the point where it feels tight.
3.
Pull the starting rope in a quick motion. When the motor runs, deactivate
the choke.
NOTICE! Control the movement of the starting rope. Do not let it retract by
itself. If the motor does not run after several attempts, remove and wipe off
the spark plug.
STOP THE MOTOR
1.
Set the throttle control to the stop position.
2.
Set the throttle lever to idle and let the motor run for 12 to 20 seconds.
Move the lever to the stop position.
WARNING! Do not leave the sweeper unattended without stopping the motor.
