Fitting instructions
1) Disassemble the bumper and loosen the bumper from the bumper supports.
2) Assemble the sided plate (2) against the right outside of the chassis beam matching points (A) on the
rectangular drilling and points (B) on the screw-thread holes where the bumper support was fixed. Place
the bumper support against the side plate. Insert the bolts and washers and insert by (A) the filling up
tube (1) in the chassis beam, through the outside of the chassis beam, place the plate (4) against the
chassis beam. Screw all bolts firmly on. Do the same action with side plate (3) on the left side of the
vehicle. Insert the bolts, tubes and washers but do not tighten yet.
3) Assemble the bumper on the bumper supports but bring the filling up plate (5) between the bumper and
the bumper support, insert the bolts without tightening.
4) Place the tow bar with points (C), (D) and (E) between the side plates matching the drillings, place the
protection plate by points (E) against the exhaust gases on the inside of the tow bar, insert the bolts.
Place the bumper in the the right position and screw all bolts firmly on (see tension).
5) Assemble the ball. Use plate (7) only for the assemblage of a 50V or rockinger.

Note
Please consult your cardealer or owners manual for the maximal permissable towing mass.
Remove any bitumen coating on the fastening position for the tow bar.
When drilling, be carefull not to damage any brake lines, electrical wiring or fuel lines.
