Connection
Always make sure to switch off all devices before connection.
Do not use excessive long cables (> 15 m).
Be sure to insert plugs and jacks tightly. Loose connection can cause
hum and noise that could damage your speakers.
Use appropriate quality shielded audio cables throughout your system.
Take care to connect only one cable at a time.
6.
Operation
Always make all audio connections prior to switching on the mixer.
Switch off the mixer prior to disconnect all audio connections.
Always use the included power adapter or an exact equivalent.
Always switch amplifiers on last and off first. Set master faders or
volume controls on minimum and the amplifier gain/input controls
down. Wait before turning up the volume to prevent transients, which
may cause severe speaker damage.
Use restraint when operating controls. Try to move them slowly. Rapid
adjustments could damage speakers to amplifier clipping.
Avoid amplifier clipping at all costs. Clipping is when the power
amplifier is distorting and working beyond its limits, and occurs when
the red LEDs start flashing. Amplifier distortion is the major cause of
speaker failure.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Never use spray cleaners on the slide controls. Residues cause excessive dirt build-up and this will void
your warranty. In normal use, slide controls can last for many years. Consult a professional technician if
they malfunction.
