STEP::01

CHARGING THE BATTERIES

FIRST THINGS FIRST, the SportTrainer
it. While your system is charging, read the entire Operating Guide available online at www.sportdog.com become
familiar with your system.
TO CHARGE THE REMOTE TRANSMITTER:
1.
Align Contact Points with the Charging Cradle.
2.
Push Charging Cradle onto Remote Transmitter until it snaps into place.
3.
Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
4.
Charge the Remote Transmitter for 2 hours. It is not harmful to let the unit charge more than 2 hours.
5.
When charging is complete, as indicated by the full battery icon, remove Charging Cradle.
TO CHARGE THE COLLAR RECEIVER:
1.
Align the Contact Points with the Charging Cradle making sure the hole on the Charging Cradle aligns with the
Receiver Indicator Light.
2.
Push the Charging Cradle up and back on the Collar Receiver until the Cradle snaps into place.
3.
Plug the Charger Connector into the Charging Cradle.
4.
Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
5.
Charge the Collar Receiver for 2 hours. It is not harmful to let the unit charge more than 2 hours.
6.
When charging is complete, as indicated by the Indicator Light blinking green, remove the Charging Cradle
from the Collar Receiver.
NOTE: Approximate battery life between charges for both the Remote Transmitter and Collar Receiver is 140 to 160
hours, depending on the frequency of use.
