IRONING WITHOUT STEAM (DRY)
Avoid pressing the steam button (17) to iron without steam.
STEAM BOOST
With this function, the product delivers steam continuously.
To activate the "Steam boost" function, quickly press the steam button (17) three times.
To deactivate the "Steam boost" function, press the steam button (17) again.
Position the ON/OFF switch (5) to turn the product OFF.
Unplug the power supply cable with plug (7) from the socket.
Wait for the product to cool completely before putting it away.
NOTE: If the appliance is not to be used for several weeks, wait for the appliance to
cool down completely before emptying the water reservoir completely according to the
instructions in the relevant chapter.
When the appliance is switched on again, refill the reservoir as indicated in the relevant
chapter.
EMPTYING THE TANK
Position the ON/OFF switch (5) to turn the product OFF.
Unplug the power supply cable with plug (7) from the socket.
Wait for the product to cool down completely.
Open the water fill cover (1).
Tilt the base of the appliance so that all the water in the tank (3) flows out.
Close the water fill cover (1).
Put the appliance away.
ZERO-CALC ANTI-SCALE SYSTEM
Replace the filter (18) when the filter change indicator light (8) comes on and the appliance emits a beep.
Follow the instructions on the filter package.
NOTE: the electronic system modifies steam emission to safeguard the lifespan of the
product. The filter (18) must be replaced as soon as possible.
Failure to replace the filter (18) will invalidate the warranty.
After a light or acoustic signal on the product itself, indicating that the filter needs to be replaced, proceed
as follows:
• Open the package and take the protective red pads out of the anti-scale filter;
• Insert the anti-scale filter in its seat, pressing it fully down;
• Close the filter cover;
• Reset the product as follows: press the button on the right-hand side of the control panel (reset or set
or ) for at least 3 seconds, until you hear a beep and the indicator light turns off;
You can now continue the ironing tasks.
