1 Insert the control lead (12) into the control lead connecting socket for the intermediate cable
assembly (3) and fasten it by turning the nut clockwise.
2 Insert power cable (11) into positive connecting socket for the welding current (5) and tighten it by
turning it clockwise.
3 Connect gas hose (13) to gas connection (1) (pressure reducing valve) of the gas cylinder or to the gas
supply line.
4 Connect the coolant supply and return hoses (9), (10) to the connections (6), (7). (For liquid-cooled
systems only.)
5 Connect the ground cable (8) to the negative connecting socket for the welding current (4).
6.4.1 Remote control
iROB Control
The remote control iROB Control is designed exclusively for the robot welding power source iROB Pulse
and is used for setup and parameter setting
For mounting, observe the information given in the operating instructions BAL.0333.0 iROB Control
1 Insert control lead iROB Control into the connecting socket (8).
