Components of the robot welding equipment
The robot welding power source iROB Pulse (13) is a fully digitized remote robot welding power source
(digital signal processing DSP and communication via CAN bus) and fulfils various requirements for
automatic or robot mode.
The robot welding power source iROB Pulse (13) is operated via a remote control iROB Control (11)
or the robot control (14).
The built-in microprocessor allows complete control of all welding functions. The robot welding power source
is suitable for the following MIG/MAG welding processes:
• MIG/MAG (MSG) standard
• MIG/MAG (MSG) pulse
• MIG/MAG (MSG) double pulse
The menu levels can be released according to user groups, for example setup engineer, foreman, etc.
All electronic components are installed in the metal housing. The power supply is provided via a separate
connecting cable. For the connection voltage and power consumption:
