TROUBLESHOOTING
Note: If you encounter any problems while using the treadmill, contact
the manufacturer, customer service or a specialist company as soon as
possible. Never attempt to repair the treadmill yourself.
Problem
There is no display
on screen after the
treadmill is connected
to the power source.
Error message E01:
(after switch on)
Communication failure
from display to the
control board.
Error message E02:
Anti-explosion
protection or motor
problem
Error message E03:
No sensor signal
Error message E04:
Failure of incline
Possible solution
Check the overload button, if the overload
protector button bounce, please press this button.
Make sure the power source and the overload
protector wire on the control board are well
connected.
Make sure the wires between the display and
control board are well connected.
Have the wire between control board and display
checked. If it is broken, have it replaced.
Have the electronic parts of the display checked
and have them replaced if they are not in order.
Have the control board replaced.
Check that all motor wires are well connected. If
the problem is not with the wire connections, the
motor may need to be replaced.
The IGBT is short circuit and break down, have
the control board replaced.
Make sure that the input voltage complies with
the voltage requirements of the treadmill.
If the error message E03 is displayed 5 to
8 seconds after the start, this is the failure of the
signal, check the connection of the sensor. Make
sure it is well connected. If the sensor does not
work well, it may need to be replaced.
The sensor wire on the control board is broken,
have the control board replaced.
Reconnect the wire for the incline motor or have
it replaced.
Check the AC wire of the incline motor. Make sure
it is correctly connected to the control board.
Have the connection wire or the incline motor
replaced.
Have the control board replaced.
After checking all the wires, press the LEARNING
button on the control board to conduct incline
calibration.
