During all ordinary and extraordinary maintenance operations carried out on the KTC and
on the system in which it is installed, switch off the power supply to the electrical panel,
both in the transmitting and in the receiving unit.
The transmitting and the receiving units do not require special maintenance, nevertheless, they should always
be completely shut using the appropriate strip.
Should the SAFETY function be in use, check every six months that the receiving unit is working properly. To do
this check that the receiving unit SAFETY relay contacts are open when the POWER and STOP/ENA light
signals are lit and the SAFETY function is not activated in the transmitting unit.
Should a fault develop it should be repaired only by qualified personnel using only original
Autec spare parts.
If straordinary maintenance is required (repair and substitution of damaged parts or breakdown), contact the

Our service will be quicker and more efficient if you communicate the following information:
- serial number
- address and telephone number of the place where the equipment is used
- the problem
- the contact name
- the name of the company which supplied the equipment.
If you should scrap the KTC contact those responsible for collecting scrap in your area.
The conditions of warranty applicable to the KTC are specified in the " Warranty Certificate" in the manual.
The electronic components which have a 3 year guarantee are: E16STXEU_, E16SRXEU_ and
E16SCHEU_.
The radio remote control identification and approval data is given on plates that are on both the transmitting unit
and the receiving unit.
The plates MUST NOT be removed from where they are placed or damaged otherwise the warranty will
be forfeited.
