Turns ON/OFF the power for the Control Unit.
(2) SPEED Key (- +)
Sets the rotation speed.
Press (+) or (-) to adjust the speed.
While the key is held down, the value changes continuously. When the value has reached the upper limit or
the lower limit, an alarm sounds.

Sets the upper limit of the torque.
