PLEASE NOTE
The settings always refer to 1 programme, i.e. you
can save up to 20 custom programmes.
DISPENSING
Select the correct size of mixing bowl for the requi-
red amount of water and plaster. If the "bowl check"
is activated, the correct bowl must be used for dis-
pensing (refer to the "bowl check" setting). The MRK
(3) is turned to select programmes 1 (P01) to 20
(P20).
PLEASE NOTE
Once a dispensing programme has been saved, the
amounts are easily changed. Press the "Enter" key
(2) and turn the MRK (3) to set the desired amount
of plaster. Press the "Enter" key (2) twice to save
the new amount to be dispensed. Press the "Start/
Stop" key (5) to commence dispensing and ensure
that the mixing bowl is in the centre of the weighing
platform. The water is dispensed before the plaster
(as recommended by experts). The amounts of water
(ml) and plaster (g) are counted on the LCD (1) du-
ring dispensing. Once they have been dispensed
completely, the total amounts (dispensing program-
me) are shown on the LCD (1) and a beeper can be
heard.
SERVICING
Like most AmannGirrbach equipment, the Masterbox
is designed to be maintenance-free and includes a
maintenance-free vibrator and dispenser. Simply
keep the unit clean. Liquids must also be kept away
from the conveyor worm.
Never clean the Masterbox with compressed air or a
steam cleaner! If the Masterbox has to be transpor-
ted, the feed screw must be cleaned completely with
a vacuum cleaner. The Masterbox must be transpor-
ted in its original packaging and with its plaster inlet
and outlet nozzles sealed. If the original packaging is
in very poor condition or missing, please contact
your dental dealer.
