Problem
Water is not dispensed.

Error code explanation
EH: Humidity sensor failure
F5: Ice maker failure of stirring ice.
F4: Failure of the sensor at the bottom of the
refrigerating ice maker
CC: Defrosting sensor failure of the ice making
chamber.
C9: sensor failure of the ice making chamber
CA: Communication failure between main
control board and ice making board
F6: Failure of refrigerating ice maker
initialization
E1: Temperature sensor failure of the
refrigerator chamber
E2: Temperature sensor failure of the freezer
chamber
E3: Sensor failure of the flex drawer
E4: Defrosting sensor failure of the refrigerator
chamber
E5: Defrosting sensor failure of the freezer
chamber
E6: Communication failure between display
board and main control board
E7: Failure of ambient temperature sensor
Possible Cause
Water supply line is not correctly
installed, or water tube is kinked or
damaged.
Shuf-off valve is turned off.
Filter cartridge or the cap of the
water filter is not installed.
Water pressure requirement is not
met.
Water filter is clogged.
Occasional water dripping is normal.
Water dispenser is not used for a
long time.
Filter cartridge decreases in
performance.

3. If necessary, replace the defective door
Replacing the lamp
The appliance is equipped with a lamp for
interior lighting.
Only service is allowed to replace the lighting
device. Contact your Authorised Service Centre.
For quick solution, always refer to the full list
of Authorised Service Centre located at the
end of this manual and call your relative phone
number.
Check the water supply line
is correctly installed, or check
water tube is not kinked or
damaged.
Turn on the shut-off valve.
Install the filter cartridge, or
fix the cap of the water filter
correctly. Refer to the separate
Assembly Instructions.
Ensure the water pressure is
between 30 - 100 psi.
Replace the filter cartridge.
Check the water line connection
if continuous water dripping
occurs.
Flush the water system (e.g.
with at least 1 gallons of water)
Replace the filter cartridge.
If your appliance still is not working
properly after making the above checks,
contact the Authorised Service Centre. You
can find the list at the end of this manual.
Clean the door gaskets.
If necessary, adjust the door. Refer to the
separate Assembly Instructions.
