centros 2 Accessories: 5A-Support jaw
New Revolver jaw with 4-face use enables clamping in 4 different
clamping zones.
Warning : Loss of clamping force occurs with larger clamping
heights: (see the diagram depicting clamping force on the reverse)
The 5A-Jaw is primarily designed as an unfinished product
clamping jaw. Gently titling the jaw and raising the Work piece is
constructive by not obstructing the high projection.

Materials
5A-Support jaw for Materials with an elastic limit greater than
900 N/mm 2 . For high-performance Work pieces we recommend a
support jaw with force intensification. Clamping forces up to 50 kN.
Warning: For centric clamping with force intensification, the
piece is moved from the centre.

centros 2 Accessories: Universal adapter plate
The Universal adapter plate is designed for clamping unfinished
products. Adapter Plates with 10 thread holes M12 for attaching
standard clamping elements. The Universal adapter plate is atta-
ched to the vice with 2 x M12 screws.
Tightening torque: 80 – 90 Nm
The Universal adapter plate displays the smallest differences in
height (raising the slide) in the middle thread range.
If required, height support can be used in this position.

Attach the sub-frame and vice with the allowed tightening torque
M10 screws
centros 2 Accessories: Work Piece Bases
The work piece bases are available in heights of 14, 17, 19, 27, 30
and 32mm and are attached to the base using clamp springs.
Height tolerance of the base: +-0.008mm
