can be used to clamp unfinished parts as well as processed work pieces. The diversity of
functions can be achieved by the choice of equipment or accessories. This device can be used as a
centric vice or as a standard vice with one fixed jaw.
The build-up of force is purely mechanical and can be built up using a left and right screw thread.
The conversion is linear across the entire clamping area. The max. clamping force of 25 kN is reached
at a torque of 90 Nm on the spindle.

– T-Slot Table
Adjustment or clamping occurs longitudinally or transversely to the

ce with the T-slot of the table.
Fixing
Fixing occurs on the outside of the base using straps from the
GRESSEL standard program.
– Grid Plate
R 40 or R 50 ø12 F7 / M12 with two fitting screws.
Note: To gain access to the clamping from the base:
– Loosen clamping screw 150 and remove centring pin 140.
– Pull out the slide unit including the cover plate.
Note that the left and right slides should
not be turned towards one another
(Adjustment of the Centre Point).
The X notch at the base above the transverse slot can be used to
check the centre point when re-installing the slide unit.
Before using the centring pin 140, check that the holes are clean
and lightly lubricate the centring pin 140.
– Insert, secure with clamping screw 150 and tighten, using a torque
of 12-15 Nm.
